Terms of Service
Launch draft for review. These terms explain the intended repair flow, but they are not final legal advice.
Service model
Clickpas provides pickup-and-delivery electronics repair services. A booking request is a request for service, not a guarantee that every device can be repaired.
Diagnosis and quotes
Initial information may not reveal the full fault. Diagnosis may change the quote based on device model, parts, complexity, condition, and hidden damage.
Approval before repair
Expensive repairs require approval before work proceeds. If a quote is rejected, Clickpas may arrange return delivery or cancellation according to the final policy.
Data and backups
You are responsible for backing up important data where possible before repair. Clickpas should not request or store passcodes unless absolutely necessary for diagnosis or repair.
Device condition
Devices may have pre-existing damage, liquid damage, battery swelling, data loss risk, or hidden faults. These conditions should be recorded and considered during diagnosis.
Payment handling
Online payment is not included in the current public flow. Payment may be handled through cash, Bizum, bank transfer, POS, or another confirmed method.
Pickup and delivery
You are responsible for providing accurate address details and being available during agreed pickup and delivery windows.
Abandoned device policy
A final production policy should define contact attempts, storage period, fees if any, and handling of devices that are not collected or accepted for return delivery.
Warranty and liability
Warranty terms, exclusions, and limitation of liability require business/legal review before production. Draft terms should avoid promising coverage that the business cannot support.
Draft status and future policies
Cookie policy, analytics wording, and any future email, payment, or broader service-area terms should be added only after the business confirms the production policy and legal review is complete.
